Noterro Announces New Pricing & Billing Options — What You Need to Know Before Switching
Noterro has announced an upcoming pricing update effective August 12, 2025 — and with it comes new monthly rates, an annual billing option, and some important details to help you decide which choice will save you more.
Updated Monthly Plan Pricing
- Core: $33 base + $13.20 per additional practitioner
- Plus: $55 base + $22.00 per additional practitioner
- Max: $77 base + $27.50 per additional practitioner
Affiliate Member Monthly Discount
If you’re an affiliate member, you’ll continue to receive $10 off any monthly plan.
Annual Plan Option — 15% Savings
Noterro now offers annual billing for all customers, with 15% off based on the number of practitioners and the package you choose.
However, there’s one important catch: the $10/month affiliate discount does not apply to annual plans.
Which Option Is Better for You?
If you’re an affiliate member, you’ll need to compare:
- Monthly pricing with your $10 discount
- Annual pricing with the 15% discount but without the $10/month off
Depending on your plan and number of practitioners, one option may save you more than the other. Before switching, take a moment to calculate the totals so you can lock in the best price for your practice.
Example Price Comparison — Single Practitioner
Scenario: 1 practitioner (no additional practitioner fees).
Plan 1: Core Plan
- Base monthly price: $33
Option 1 — Monthly with $10 Affiliate Discount
- Monthly cost: $33 − $10 = $23
- Annual cost: $23 × 12 = $276
Option 2 — Annual with 15% Discount (no $10/month off)
- Monthly cost: $33
- Annual before discount: $33 × 12 = $396
- 15% discount: $396 × 0.15 = $59.40
- Annual cost: $396 − $59.40 = $336.60
Winner: Monthly plan saves $60.60/year
Plan 2: Plus Plan
- Base monthly price: $55
Option 1 — Monthly with $10 Affiliate Discount
- Monthly cost: $55 − $10 = $45
- Annual cost: $45 × 12 = $540
Option 2 — Annual with 15% Discount (no $10/month off)
- Monthly cost: $55
- Annual before discount: $55 × 12 = $660
- 15% discount: $660 × 0.15 = $99
- Annual cost: $660 − $99 = $561
Winner: Monthly plan saves $21/year
💡 Key takeaway: For single practitioners, the monthly plan with the $10 affiliate discount is usually cheaper than the annual 15% discount. For multi-practitioner setups, the annual option can start to win — so run the numbers before switching.
